Remove your information

Weleaks only shows information that is already public on the open web. If you do not want your details to appear in our search results, you can ask us to suppress them. Once a suppression is in place, we stop collecting and stop returning results for that identifier.

How removal works

   Send us a removal request with the exact name, email address, phone number or username you want suppressed.

   We verify that the request comes from the person concerned, or from someone entitled to act on their behalf.

   We add the identifier to our suppression list. Searches for it stop returning results, and no new data is collected about it.

What removal does and does not do

Suppression applies to Weleaks. It stops us from returning or storing results for the identifier you gave us. It cannot delete the original pages: those belong to the websites that publish them, and you need to contact each website directly to have them removed at the source.
